We want you to be completely happy with your unique timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn watches in their original packaging. If your Mr Jones watch isn't the perfect fit for your collection, we've made the restoration and refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition and securely placed inside its presentation box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the condition of the watch, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
